DeAnna L'am founded Red Moon - Cycles of Women's Wisdom™ in 1994.

Since then she has been leading groups for girls and women throughout California and around the world.

DeAnna L’am was the first to bring Rites of Passage work to mixed groups of Jewish and Palestinian women in Israel/Palestine, which has helped participants bond as cycling women beyond all political differences and artificial divides.

DeAnna trains women as Red Moon facilitators, leads Coming Of Age workshops for girls and women, and creates personalized ceremonies to celebrate turning points in women’s lives.
