Fondly known as a Womb Visionary, and a recognized pioneer in Menstrual Empowerment, DeAnna helps women move from self-sabotage to living their inner power.
Her original work, developed over 30 years, has reached women in more than 30 countries.
Like many women, DeAnna once struggled with PMS and saw her menstrual cycle as a nuisance.
In 1992, she began a personal journey of embracing her cyclical nature, which led her to what she calls “reversing the curse”.
What started as personal healing opened the door to pioneering work in menstrual consciousness, womanhood, and feminine embodiment.
In 1995, she coined and introduced the concept of the Inner Maiden, recognizing the deep need in women to heal and reclaim the adolescent girl within, who may have never been welcomed into womanhood.
Founder of Red Moon School of Empowerment, the Red Tent Academy, and Red Tents In Every Neighborhood Global Network, DeAnna is also the initiator of International Red Tent Day, celebrated globally on November 8.
She is the author of A Diva’s Guide to Getting Your Period and Becoming Peers – Mentoring Girls Into Womanhood.
Her work continues to weave together personal healing, ancestral remembrance, ceremony, and feminine leadership, always rooted in lived experience.
She holds space not as a lecturer, but as a guide, helping women remember what was never truly lost.

Our biographies stretch from happy memories to painful ones, with everything in between. Interestingly, we tend to remember mostly the wounds and aches, which cast shadows over our lives as adults.

The pain from your childhood can be traced to your family’s blood-lines. Your ancestors passed down their wounds without meaning to, and they reached you, through the wounds of your parents.
Enter your spiritual pregnancy
Your subconscious responds to your thoughts: it doesn’t recognize the difference between “historical” or “imagined” mental pictures. Your biography is in your hands!

Even the most loving parents sometimes miss the mark when they express love to you as a child. Children often interpret parents’ words and actions as hurtful. How would you have liked to receive love?

All sessions will take place live on Zoom in a sacred, interactive circle.
Each gathering lasts 90mn and includes guided practices, moments of reflection, and optional sharing.
DeAnna will guide you through Shamanic Journeys, meditations, inner exploration, and ceremony. There is no need to perform or speak if you don’t feel called. Your presence is enough.
You will receive a Zoom link before each session, and all sessions will be recorded in case you cannot attend live or wish to revisit what was shared.
This is not a lecture space, but a shared experience, held with care, support, and gentle guidance.
Our Live Zoom calls are 1.5 Hours long. Beyond that, you can devote as much or as little time to your Inner Work as you desire. As with most things of value, the more attention you pay the more insights and revelations you receive.
