I didn’t think much of myself as a Teen. I was shy, had low self esteem, and poor body image.

It took an inner journey to reach self acceptance and contentment with who I am.

The next inevitable step was to empower other women to get from where they are to where they want to be.

In my experience, such journey is best nurtured in a Red Tent, where we grow in community.
